Message from the Founder

Dear Brothers & Sisters,
Greetings from ISOL Foundation!
Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership Foundation is a registered Charitable Trust under Indian Trusts Act vide Registration No. 3717 under Section 60 dated September 3, 2009. The Foundation aims to integrate the wisdom drawn from different faith traditions into leadership styles to bring corporate prosperity and harmony in the society. It aims to promote harmony and understanding amongst world religion for the good of human beings, planet and nature. The edifice of the Foundation is rooted in different faith traditions and the purpose is to highlight the fellowship and commonalities amongst different faith traditions for the inner development of self, thought process and behavior. The logo of the Foundation depicts the spirit and ethos of ISOL initiatives.

Way back in 2007, the Foundation launched a Series of International Conferences on Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership along with School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship, Regents University, USA. Since then, every alternate year, we have been organizing this mega event: 2007, 2009, 2011, & 2013. ISOL 2015 is planned at the Fullerton Hall, The Art Institute Chicago as a curtain raiser of quasi-centenary celebrations of the historic lecture delivered by Swami Vivekananda (a disciple of Sri Ramakrishna) in the World Parliament of Religions, 1893.

The world Parliament of Religions in 1893 was the first attempt to bring the east – west spiritual traditions into one platform to discuss the problems of the world. ISOL 2015 is a humble initiative to do the replica of 1893 to carry the vision forward.

This is the fifth and final conference of the series where we will be releasing “Compendium on Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership” – a 10 volume series on September 11, 2015.

Let us join hands.
